Stew of veal with nuts
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of veal meat.
300 gr of nuts.
1 onion.
250 ml of sour cream
4 tablespoons of flour.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Salt and black pepper.
PREPARATION METHOD
First, peel and slice the onion.
Afterwards, prepare a pan with oil in order to cook the veal fillets until they are golden-brown. Then, add the sliced onions and add salt and pepper. Pour some water until the contents of the pan are covered, and then cover the pan and let it cook for one hour. Then, remove the meat, leaving the sauce in the pot. Add the sour cream and mix it. Likewise, add flour to densify the mixture. Then, put again the meat into the sauce. Blend the nuts, and put them in the pan together with the sauce and the meat. Mix and let the flavours set for a few minutes.
To finish, serve hot and add some pepper and nuts.
