Since 1930 we have the responsibility to carry forward uncompromisingly the tradition of harvesting and selecting nuts that we refine every day in order to offer the authentic flavour of Mediterranean cuisine all over the world.

Zaral's commitment to quality originally started in Altea, a municipality in Alicante where culinary traditions that have survived over the centuries and generations converge. Nowadays, in addition to working with local nuts, Zaral receives new varieties from California, Chile and other regions of the world.
