INGREDIENTS:
400 gr of macaroni (or spiral pasta).
8 small artichokes.
100 gr of almond slices.
4 celery stalks.
Oil and salt.
PREPARATION
First, the outer leaves of the artichokes must be removed, as they are the hardest. Then proceed to clean the core and cut into pieces that should be boiled in a pot. At the same time, water is prepared for boiling in a second container, which should be covered. Next, celery is cut into very fine pieces and brought to boil.
After ten minutes, remove the artichokes and place them on a plate.
Put a pan on the fire with a good amount of oil, and add the pieces of celery along with the previously boiled artichokes.
Then, transfer the artichokes to a large glass to blend them. To prevent the sauce from being too thick, add a couple of tablespoons of boiling water. Add pieces of peeled almond and blend together with the artichokes.
Simultaneously, introduce the outer leaves of the artichoke to fry in a pan with oil. In another pan, add almond slices.
Once the pasta is ready, drain it and transfer to a container to mix it with the ready artichoke, celery, and almond cream.
Finally, sprinkle the pasta with almond slices and artichoke decoration.ritas.
