Altea, Our Place

Zaral’s commitment to quality traces back to its origins in Altea, a town in Alicante where culinary traditions have been passed down from generation to generation over the centuries. Today, in addition to working with local nuts, Zaral sources new varieties from California, Chile, and other parts of the world.
