Almond tart

INGREDIENTS:

250 gr of almond flour.
225 gr of white sugar.
4 eggs.
Zest of half a lemon.
Powdered sugar.
Butter.

PREPARATION

Before starting, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a container, place the four eggs together with sugar and the zest of half a lemon, and beat moderately to prevent air from forming in the mixture. Then add almond flour or ground almonds. Optionally, you can also add a pinch of cinnamon.
Grease the bottom of the mold with butter, then pour the unleavened batter. Place in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, when it should have a uniform golden color. Then remove it and, after a few minutes have passed, unmold it. To finish, place the cutout of the Cross of Santiago and cover the top with powdered sugar.
