Beef stew with walnuts

INGREDIENTS :
1 kg of veal meat.
300 gr of walnuts.
1 onion.
250 ml of sour cream.
4 tablespoons of flour.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Salt and black pepper.

PREPARATION

First, peel and cut the onion into slices.
Next, prepare a pan with oil to cook the veal steaks until they brown. Then, add the cut onions, and add salt and pepper. Pour water until it covers all the contents of the pan, then cover the pan and let it cook for an hour. Next, remove the meat, leaving the sauce in the container. Then add the sour cream to the container and mix. Also add flour to help thicken the mixture. Then reintroduce the meat with the sauce. Crush the walnuts and add them to the pan along with the sauce and meat. Mix and let it take on flavor for a few minutes.
To finish, serve very hot and add some pepper and walnuts already on the plate.
