INGREDIENTS:
500 gr of pasta.
200 gr of bacon.
1 onion.
250 gr of cooking cream.
100 gr of aged sheep cheese (pecorino).
80 gr of pistachio.
Nutmeg.
Black pepper.
Oil and salt.
PREPARATION
In a pan with oil, sauté the onion. Then add the bacon along with some salt, and stir until it turns golden. At the same time, bring the pasta to boil and add the tagliatelle.
Once the onion and bacon are well sautéed, add a tablespoon of boiling water and add the cream. Make sure everything is well mixed. Then add black pepper and nutmeg. Add some more boiling water, and add the sheep cheese. Finally, drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Next, in the pasta container with the sauce, add the pistachio pieces and stir to mix them well.
